The CRM section functions as a personalized activity log, providing users with a clear daily summary of their interactions and performance. Each record is organized by date and attributed to the logged-in user, offering a quick snapshot of key metrics that reflect outreach efforts, task management, and contact handling.

Outreach data includes counts for each communication channel used, such as email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls, helping users evaluate their level of engagement with clients or leads. Alongside this, the system logs actions like follow-ups, checkups, responses, meetings, and any tasks that were either created or completed. These insights help track workload and ensure accountability over time.

The CRM dashboard also categorizes activities based on their function—whether they were related to sales, support, or customer success—and calculates the total time spent across these activities. Contact management statistics are also shown, including how many new contacts were added, how many were updated, and whether any were qualified as leads or successfully converted into customers.
