Introduction to Antamedia Engage

Antamedia Engage is a customer engagement platform used to collect leads and contacts, organize audiences, manage communication, and send targeted campaigns.

With Engage, you can manage contacts, create segments, send email and WhatsApp campaigns, collect leads through smart forms, communicate with customers through live chat, and review delivery and activity from one platform.

Accessing Engage

If you are using multiple Antamedia cloud products, click Switch Product from the top menu.

Select Engage and click Switch.

Engage is used to collect leads and contacts, segment audiences, and send targeted campaigns from one platform.

Initial Setup

When Engage is not yet configured, the system displays a setup notification at the top of the page.


Click Start Setup to run the Setup Wizard.

The Setup Wizard helps you create your operator, mailbox, and sending provider in three quick steps.

After setup is completed, Engage is ready to manage contacts, communication channels, and campaigns.

Main Engage Modules

The left menu provides access to the main Engage modules.

Dashboard opens the main overview page with contacts, leads, lists, campaigns, tasks, statistics, and activity charts.

Contacts is used to manage saved contacts, leads, contact details, lists, and customer records.

Campaigns is used to create and manage targeted email, WhatsApp, and communication campaigns.

Smart Forms is used to collect leads and customer information through online forms.

Live Chat is used to communicate with website visitors and customers in real time.

Unibox is used to manage incoming customer communication from one place.

Delivery is used to review delivery status and message processing for sent campaigns.

Team & Settings is used to manage users, team access, permissions, mailboxes, sending providers, and Engage configuration.

Best Practice

Start by completing the setup wizard, then import or collect contacts, create segments, and prepare message templates before sending campaigns.

Use the Dashboard regularly to monitor contact growth, campaign activity, tasks, and customer engagement.
