Payments

The Payments section provides an overview of customer payments processed through Digital Guide.

Payments can be related to Store purchases, Services, reservations, or other paid products available to customers.

Customer Payments

The Payments table displays the main information for each transaction:

• ID / Date – payment ID and transaction date

• Customer – customer name

• Email – customer email address

• Amount – total payment amount

• Product – purchased product or service

• Location – location associated with the transaction

• Referral – referral source, when available

Click the payment ID to open the transaction and review its complete details.

Search and Export

Use the Search field to find payments by customer, email, product, or location.

The Export option can be used to export payment records for further reporting or analysis.

Payment Gateway

To accept online payments from customers, configure your merchant Payment Gateway.

Click New Payment Gateway, select the required payment gateway and currency, and enter the merchant account details provided by your payment processor.

Once configured, the payment gateway can be used for supported paid transactions in Digital Guide.
