What every plan includes
All Cloud WiFi plans give you a branded splash page, multiple login methods, device and bandwidth controls, contact capture that meets privacy rules, and a dashboard with usage analytics. You can run free access, paid access, or a mix, and you can add marketing and survey flows when you need them.
Plan options at a glance
Core is the essentials for reliable guest WiFi with contact capture and analytics.
Premium adds payments, campaigns, ads before login, automation, and API.
Ultimate bundles WiFi portal with Digital Guide, Cloud Station and Antamedia CRM.
Trial and upgrade
You can start with a free 15-day trial and explore the full platform. When you are ready, add a payment method and choose monthly or annual billing. The pricing page includes an Annually, save 30% option so you can see totals before checkout. Your configuration carries over when you upgrade.
Billing and renewals
Pick monthly if you want flexibility or annual if you want savings. Invoices are available from your billing area and you will receive renewal reminders before the due date. If your needs change, you can adjust plan and quantity at the next billing cycle.
Managing licences and growth
Licensing for Cloud plans is by access point. Add more APs any time from the dashboard. Each plan includes a simultaneous user capacity that fits its target size, with Core up to 2,000, Premium up to 4,000, and Ultimate up to 6,000 users online at once. If you expect surges, use Boost Capacity to raise limits without changing plan.
Add-ons when you need them
WiFi Tickets App for quick ticket sales on Android devices
Dedicated Hosting on an isolated VM in sizes Edge 4, Edge 6, Edge 8
Cloud Stations to lock down and bill PCs, kiosks, and consoles
White-label branding to use your own domain and logo
Boost Capacity packs, which add extra simultaneous and total user limits
Each add-on lists its price on the pricing page and can be ordered from your account.
Business plans for one-gateway properties
If every AP connects to a single on-premise gateway, a Business licence can be more economical than per-AP.
Business Core targets small hotels and includes Digital Guide and WiFi Tickets App
Business Pro adds PMS interface, two Tickets Apps, automation, and API
Business Max adds Cloud Station, CRM, and higher user allowances
Business plans include one property, one gateway, unlimited APs with different user limits per tier.
Enterprise for multi-location networks
For chains, resorts, ISPs, and integrators, Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Premium set hardware allowances by gateways and access points, with unlimited users and priority support. Custom Enterprise is available if you need different limits, white-label options, on-prem deployment, or specific integrations.
