Product Lifecycle & Support

Antamedia as an industry leader has a responsibility to continuously work on the development and implementation of the latest industry trends in new platforms and solutions that will satisfy customer needs. IT industry is changing faster than ever and those changes reflect even on our everyday life, not to mention the effects that those changes have on computers/hardware and applications used on them. This brings us to the part where we want to give you a bit more information and give more light to have better insight on how to run your business.

Here is the standard Antamedia licensing policy:

– License is good forever
– Free updates included until the next major release

Maximize your investments and strategically plan for the future

As part of our commitment to work with you every step of the way, Antamedia and its partners extend support and services to optimize the performance of your system. Antamedia support lifecycle policy provides consistent and predictable guidelines for product support availability when a product releases and throughout that product’s life. Our support policy establishes guidelines for the term during which we will provide automatic fixes, updates, and online technical assistance.
Five years of software availability, a minimum of five years of support, no-cost security builds updates under the same version and accounts management are key advantages of choosing our platform.

Lifecycle fact sheet

Every product has a lifecycle. The lifecycle begins when a product is released and ends when it’s no longer supported. Knowing key dates in this lifecycle helps you make informed decisions about when to upgrade or make other changes to your software. Here are the rights and limits of the lifecycle.

End of support

End of support refers to the date when Antamedia no longer provides fixes, updates, or online technical assistance. This is the time to make sure you have the latest supported build for the current version of the software.

Here is the table in which you can see all Antamedia applications with information about the latest build and information about support end dates.
